DIGEPRES recognizes collaborators who completed the Technical Specialization in Public Budgeting from CAPGEFI

DIGEPRES reconoce a colaboradores,

Thirty-five employees completed the Technical Specialization in Public Budgeting, strengthening their knowledge and skills for the performance of their duties. The General Directorate of Budget (DIGEPRES) held a Certificate Award Ceremony for the Technical Specialization in Public Budgeting, offered by the Center for Training in Fiscal Policy and Management (CAPGEFI), recognizing the employees who successfully completed this training program. For eight months, participants combined their work responsibilities with specialized training in public budgeting, acquiring knowledge and tools applicable to their roles and the processes related to budget management. The specialization brought together employees from various areas of DIGEPRES, including cross-functional areas, promoting a shared vision of budget management and the contribution of each area to achieving institutional objectives. During the ceremony, Idalia Mercedes, Head of the Human Resources Department, emphasized the value of continuous training for the professional growth of employees and the development of the capabilities required by the institution. The event also included recognition for the participants who achieved the highest scores. Omar Enrique Polanco Molina earned a final score of 95 points, while Adriana López Castillo achieved 96 points, both demonstrating outstanding academic performance throughout the specialization program. The awarding of these certificates marks the culmination of a training process that allowed the participants to deepen their knowledge of public budgeting and strengthen skills related to their responsibilities within the institution. With this initiative, DIGEPRES reaffirms its commitment to the development of its human talent and to continuous training as part of a public administration that promotes the technical preparation and professional growth of its employees.
