The General Budget Directorate<\/a> (Digepres)<\/a> reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo sobresaliente de 25 instituciones p\u00fablicas en el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n y entrega del Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o F\u00edsico Financiero, correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2025, que permite mostrar el impacto real de la gesti\u00f3n presupuestaria, evidenciar el uso eficiente de los recursos p\u00fablicos y reflejar en el aspecto f\u00edsico, c\u00f3mo estos se traducen en mejores servicios para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto dise\u00f1\u00f3 un ranking de cumplimiento que permite a las instituciones posicionarse de acuerdo con su desempe\u00f1o y el trabajo eficiente que realicen en la elaboraci\u00f3n y entrega del Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Las instituciones que integran este ranking evidenciaron altos est\u00e1ndares en la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n presentada, as\u00ed como en la oportunidad de su remisi\u00f3n, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la calidad del gasto p\u00fablico y a una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, transparente y orientada a resultados.<\/p>\n

Entre las instituciones que participan el ranking, se encuentran el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Mipymes; Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda; Direcci\u00f3n General de Embellecimiento de Carreteras y Avenidas de Circunvalaci\u00f3n; Defensa Civil; Direcci\u00f3n General de Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico; Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia; Administradora de Subsidios Sociales; Direcci\u00f3n General de Contabilidad Gubernamental; Instituto Dominicano para la Calidad y la Tesorer\u00eda de la Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se destaca en el mismo ranking el desempe\u00f1o de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Migraci\u00f3n; el Hospital Central de las Fuerzas Armadas; Oficina Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas; Instituto Dominicano de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil; Sistema Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n a Emergencias y Seguridad 911; Hospital General de Especialidades Dr. Nelson Astacio; Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica; Universidad Nacional para la Defensa General Juan Pablo Duarte y el Hospital General Dr. Vinicio Calventi.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, la Digepres reconoci\u00f3 el desempe\u00f1o sobresaliente del Consejo del Poder Judicial; Ministerio de la Vivienda, H\u00e1bitat y Edificaciones; el Defensor del Pueblo; la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y la C\u00e1mara de Cuentas de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n

Esta iniciativa se enmarca en las acciones orientadas a promover la mejora continua, la transparencia y el fortalecimiento de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, incentivando una cultura de cumplimiento responsable y de calidad en los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n institucional.<\/p>\n

El Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o Presupuestario, m\u00e1s que un cumplimiento formal, se trata de una oportunidad para mostrar impacto de los recursos p\u00fablicos y fortalecer la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Sobre el Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n y el ranking de cumplimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n

Con la implementaci\u00f3n de este evaluaci\u00f3n y el ranking, la Digepres busca incentivar el buen desempe\u00f1o institucional, reconocer la calidad y responsabilidad en los procesos, promover buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y visibilizar resultados que generan valor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

La Digepres valora el compromiso de los equipos t\u00e9cnicos y directivos responsables de estos logros, destacando su aporte al desarrollo de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la planificaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n del presupuesto p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

The compliance ranking aims to incentivize good institutional performance, recognize quality and accountability in processes, promote best practices in public management, and strengthen public trust. The General Directorate of Budget (Digepres) recognized the outstanding work of 25 public institutions in the process of preparing and submitting the Self-Assessment Report on Physical and Financial Performance for fiscal year 2025. This report demonstrates the real impact of budget management, highlights the efficient use of public resources, and reflects, in physical terms, how these resources translate into better services for citizens. To this end, the General Directorate of Budget designed a compliance ranking that allows institutions to be positioned according to their performance and the efficiency of their work in preparing and submitting the Self-Assessment Report. The institutions included in this ranking demonstrated high standards in the quality of the information presented, as well as in the timeliness of its submission, contributing to strengthening the quality of public spending and promoting more efficient, transparent, and results-oriented management. Among the institutions participating in the ranking are the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs; the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology; the General Directorate for the Beautification of Highways and Ring Roads; Civil Defense; the General Directorate of Public Credit; the National Commission for the Defense of Competition; the Social Subsidies Administration; the General Directorate of Government Accounting; the Dominican Institute for Quality; and the Social Security Treasury. Also highlighted in the ranking are the performance of the General Directorate of Migration; the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces; the National Statistics Office; the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation; the National Emergency and Security System 911; the Dr. Nelson Astacio General Hospital of Specialties; the Comptroller General of the Republic; the General Juan Pablo Duarte National Defense University; and the Dr. Vinicio Calventi General Hospital. Furthermore, the General Directorate of the Presidency (Digepres) recognized the outstanding performance of the Council of the Judiciary; the Ministry of Housing, Habitat, and Buildings; and the Ombudsman's Office. The Chamber of Deputies and the Chamber of Accounts of the Dominican Republic. This initiative is part of a broader effort to promote continuous improvement, transparency, and the strengthening of public management, fostering a culture of responsible and high-quality compliance in institutional evaluation processes. The Budget Performance Self-Assessment Report, more than just a formal requirement, is an opportunity to demonstrate the impact of public resources and strengthen public trust.
