Destac\u00f3 esfuerzo del Gobierno con Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt alignleft wp-image-37866\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digepres.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/c63a575c-86c9-4eeb-8480-ad33b5158c57-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Rijo Presbot: Gobierno impulsa\" width=\"438\" height=\"247\" data-warning=\"Falta el texto alternativo\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Dentro de los temas tratados por Rijo Presbot, durante una entrevista en el programa El D\u00eda, junto a los periodistas German Marte y Edith Febles, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de reducir el endeudamiento p\u00fablico, una medida que, afirma, se hace necesaria frente al actual modelo deficitario, heredado desde la crisis de 2008, donde se estableci\u00f3 un modelo <em>\u201caltamente clientelar\u201d<\/em>, que gener\u00f3 un endeudamiento sin retorno, porque los fondos obtenidos no fueron utilizados de manera sostenible ni eficiente, perpetuando una situaci\u00f3n financiera d\u00e9bil.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de los puntos primordiales de la propuesta de Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n Fiscal, Rijo Presbot enumer\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el combate a la evasi\u00f3n fiscal. De acuerdo con el director de Presupuesto, se plantea implementar mecanismos m\u00e1s rigurosos para asegurar que todos los sectores de la econom\u00eda contribuyan de manera equitativa y que los recursos sean distribuidos de la mejor manera posible, con el fin de maximizar su impacto en el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n, para que sean utilizados de manera m\u00e1s eficiente y en \u00e1reas de gran impacto social y econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Rijo Presbot indic\u00f3 que el Gobierno reafirma su disposici\u00f3n de escuchar las <strong>propuestas de los diferentes sectores,<\/strong> para enriquecer esta Reforma con el objetivo com\u00fan de elevar la calidad de vida de la ciudadan\u00eda. Agreg\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que el Gobierno busca no solo equilibrar las cuentas p\u00fablicas, sino tambi\u00e9n generar un marco que promueva un desarrollo econ\u00f3mico m\u00e1s inclusivo y sostenible para el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Rijo reiter\u00f3 la importancia de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la actual gesti\u00f3n presupuestaria y la valoraci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o que como pa\u00eds y gobierno se ha exhibido. \u201c<em>La participaci\u00f3n social es esencial para fortalecer la democracia. Rep\u00fablica Dominicana ocupa el primer lugar a nivel continental en participaci\u00f3n social en el Presupuesto, alcanzando una calificaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en Encuesta Presupuesto Abierto en 2023\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que recientemente fue presentada por el presidente Luis Abinader, la Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n Fiscal, que busca\u00a0elevar el nivel de desarrollo\u00a0del pa\u00eds, mejorando los servicios de\u00a0educaci\u00f3n, salud, seguridad, transporte, salarios y ayudas sociales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal: mejor control del gasto p\u00fablico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The director of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/digepresrd\/\"> Budget<\/a> reafirm\u00f3 la importancia de la <strong>Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal<\/strong>, un esfuerzo del Gobierno que garantiza un marco normativo m\u00e1s riguroso en cuanto a la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos. Esta ley, junto con el <strong>Pacto Fiscal<\/strong>, entiende se torna indispensable para asegurar un equilibrio entre ingresos y gastos del Estado, permitiendo una redistribuci\u00f3n adecuada y justa de los recursos. \u201c<em>The <\/em><strong><em>eficiencia, transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/em><\/strong><em> son pilares fundamentales dentro de esta Reforma.
