{"id":36141,"date":"2024-08-08T10:33:39","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T14:33:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.digepres.gob.do\/?p=36141"},"modified":"2025-09-15T09:05:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T13:05:40","slug":"digepres-realiza-cierre-de-planificacion-estrategica-institucional-2021-2024-con-proyeccion-de-cumplimiento-por-encima-del-90","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digepres.gob.do\/en\/digepres-realiza-cierre-de-planificacion-estrategica-institucional-2021-2024-con-proyeccion-de-cumplimiento-por-encima-del-90\/","title":{"rendered":"Digepres completes Institutional Strategic Planning 2021-2024 with projected compliance exceeding 90%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<em>El equipo de Presupuesto present\u00f3 el desempe\u00f1o, metas, logros y aprendizajes de cuatro a\u00f1os de trabajo enfocado en el PEI<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The General Directorate of Budget <a href=\"https:\/\/digepres.gob.do\/en\/\">(Digepres)<\/a> realiz\u00f3 el taller de Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica y Fortalecimiento Institucional correspondiente al periodo 2021-2024, con el objetivo de socializar de manera integral la ejecuci\u00f3n, logro de metas de las \u00e1reas, ejes estrat\u00e9gicos, indicadores y fijar los lineamientos de trabajo del \u00e1mbito presupuestario y el PEI correspondiente para el periodo 2025\u20132028.<\/p>\n<p>La revisi\u00f3n del documento de planificaci\u00f3n, con una proyecci\u00f3n de cierre por encima del 90% de cumplimiento, busc\u00f3 reflexionar sobre los lineamientos estrat\u00e9gicos, program\u00e1ticos y bases de cuatro a\u00f1os de trabajo que garantizan a futuro las transformaciones y direccionalidad a corto, mediano y largo plazo de la instituci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n<p>La apertura y cierre del taller de revisi\u00f3n del PEI fue encabezada por Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot, director general de Presupuesto e Iv\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez, subdirector general, adem\u00e1s de encargados departamentales y representantes de mandos medios y t\u00e9cnicos de Presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p>En las palabras de cierre del evento el director de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/digepresrd?igsh=enV0cTlnMDBiaTRn\">Digepres<\/a>, Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot, agradeci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado y resultado del cuatrienio llevado a cabo por el equipo de Presupuesto\u00a0<em>\u201cLo importante aqu\u00ed es saber, que buscamos con esta revisi\u00f3n del proceso mejorar el quehacer institucional frente al Estado y la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d<\/em>, manifest\u00f3 Rijo Presbot. Asimismo, Rijo Presbot destac\u00f3 que, con el paso de los a\u00f1os, han evidenciado grandes avances a nivel institucional y cit\u00f3 la planificaci\u00f3n como la herramienta fundamental para la previsi\u00f3n, racionalidad en la toma de decisiones y como elemento orientador del proceso estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n<p>De su lado Patricia Castillo, encargada del departamento de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo, responsable junto a su equipo del proceso evaluador agradeci\u00f3 a los colaboradores su participaci\u00f3n entusiasta en las jornadas de trabajo donde directores, encargados y enlaces de \u00e1reas bajo una metodolog\u00eda colaborativa, de an\u00e1lisis e intercambio de experiencias echaron una mirada cr\u00edtica al proceso institucional llevada a cabo hasta el momento.<\/p>\n<p>El taller se centr\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, en la necesidad de seguir aportando de manera conjunta y dise\u00f1ar estrategias que permitan conseguir los objetivos a futuro en el marco de una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica orientada al logro de resultados positivos para el bienestar de las personas y en el desarrollo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejes estrat\u00e9gicos de Presupuesto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional de Presupuesto cuenta con tres ejes estrat\u00e9gicos como la Gesti\u00f3n Eficiente del Sistema Presupuestario dominicano, Transparencia Presupuestaria y Control Social y por \u00faltimo, Fortalecimiento y Desarrollo Organizacional. La revisi\u00f3n del Plan se basa en monitoreos peri\u00f3dicos de su ejecuci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de encuentros multidisciplinarios que incluyen el an\u00e1lisis y examen de las metas, de productos e indicadores estrat\u00e9gicos dise\u00f1ados en la concepci\u00f3n del plan. La propuesta, representa de manera objetiva una genuina expresi\u00f3n del inter\u00e9s de Digepres de impulsar su fortalecimiento institucional, de la mano de la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n y prop\u00f3sitos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\t\t<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Budget team presented the performance, goals, achievements, and lessons learned from four years of work focused on the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI). The General Directorate of Budget (Digepres) held the Strategic Planning and Institutional Strengthening workshop for the 2021-2024 period. The objective was to comprehensively share the execution and achievement of goals across different areas, strategic axes, and indicators, and to establish the work guidelines for the budget and the corresponding PEI for the 2025-2028 period. The review of the planning document, with a projected completion rate exceeding 901% of the target, aimed to reflect on the strategic and programmatic guidelines and foundations of four years of work that will guarantee the future transformations and direction of the financial institution in the short, medium, and long term. The opening and closing of the PEI review workshop were led by Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot, Director General of Budget, and Iv\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez, Deputy Director General, along with department heads and representatives of middle management and technical staff from the Budget Office. In his closing remarks, the Director of Digepres, Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot, expressed his gratitude for the work carried out and the results achieved by the Budget team over the past four years. \u201cThe important thing here is to understand that with this review of the process, we seek to improve the institution&#039;s performance in its dealings with the State and the public,\u201d stated Rijo Presbot. He also highlighted the significant institutional progress made over the years and cited planning as the fundamental tool for forecasting, rational decision-making, and as a guiding element of the strategic process. For her part, Patricia Castillo, head of the Planning and Development department, who, along with her team, is responsible for the evaluation process, thanked the staff for their enthusiastic participation in the workshops. These workshops brought together directors, managers, and area liaisons who, using a collaborative methodology of analysis and experience sharing, critically examined the institutional process implemented to date. The workshop also focused on the need to continue contributing together and designing strategies to achieve future objectives within the framework of public management oriented toward achieving positive results for the well-being of individuals and the development of the country. Strategic Budget Pillars: The Institutional Strategic Budget Plan has three strategic pillars: Efficient Management of the Dominican Budgetary System, Budgetary Transparency and Social Control, and finally, Organizational Strengthening and Development. The Plan&#039;s review is based on periodic monitoring of its implementation through multidisciplinary meetings that include the analysis and examination of the goals, products, and strategic indicators designed during the plan&#039;s conception.
