This tool is essential for strengthening our relationship with the citizens, who are the consumers of the services we offer,\u201d said Rijo Presbot.<\/p>\n<p>In his presentation, the Budget Director added that upon arriving at the institution he leads, he understood it was essential to incorporate social oversight into the Institutional Strategic Plan as a fundamental pillar of the organization.
