\t\t\t\tThis is an initiative of the Budget Communications team. It is an open space for institutions and serves as a platform for the podcast \u201cLet's talk about budgeting<\/a>\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

The General Directorate of Budget (Digepres)<\/a> It launched the Audiovisual Production Studio \u201cThe Right to Know\u201d, an initiative of the Communications Department, as a way to continue contributing to the transparency and efficiency of the current budget management.<\/p>\n

The opening ceremony was led by the Director General of Budget, Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot; Iv\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez, Deputy Director General of Budget; and Paola Chaljub, Head of the Communications Department.\"Presupuesto<\/p>\n

Rijo gave the main speech at the event and stated that this is an effort to continue projecting the work of the institution. \u201cThis is a space to strengthen transparency and promote quality work in the Budget Department.\u201d<\/em>Rijo Presbot emphasized.<\/p>\n

The Director General of Budget recalled that the concept of \u201cRight to Know<\/a>"It started as a regular hashtag on his Twitter account, as a mechanism to document and monitor the Budget. \u201cWhen we arrived at the Budget Office, the Right to Know ceased to belong to Jos\u00e9 Rijo and now belongs to the institution. That is why Paola has taken on this role and transformed the Right to Know into an institutional responsibility, with the obligation to inform the public in a timely manner and with objective data about what is happening with the General State Budget.\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Rijo emphasized that the "Right to Know" Production Study is a personal effort by the Communications team and that, for its implementation, the institution did not need to incur any expenses. \u201cEverything here does not represent an expense for the General Directorate of Budget. It has been done through the efforts of the Communications team, purely through personal effort.\u201d <\/em>he emphasized.\"Presupuesto<\/p>\n

For her part, Paola Chaljub expressed her appreciation for the trust and support her team receives, which has been crucial in implementing the projects led by the Communications department. Chaljub thanked Rijo Presbot and Ram\u00edrez from the General Directorate, as well as all the staff who have joined the department's initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am grateful for the support that both Rijo and Don Iv\u00e1n have always given us in each of our initiatives. And especially to the collaborators, who have assumed the leading role that corresponds to them and have allowed us to tell together the great story of change in the Budget.\u201d<\/em>Chaljub added.<\/p>\n

Likewise, he reiterated the commitment of the Budget Communications team to transparency, social control and citizen participation.<\/p>\n

Nobell D\u00edaz, head of the Graphics and Audiovisual Production division, explained the studio's technical specifications. Meanwhile, Milossis Liriano, head of the Institutional Communication division, coordinated coverage and details of the event.<\/p>\n

"Let's Talk About Budget" podcast\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

The audiovisual production studio \u201cThe Right to Know\u201d is an open space available to government institutions, located in the facilities of the General Directorate of Budget.<\/p>\n

It serves as the setting for the podcast \u201cLet\u2019s Talk About Budget\u201d, produced by the Communications team and published through the institution\u2019s digital platforms.<\/p>\n

The "Right to Know" studio produces much of the audiovisual material published on social media. @DigepresRD,<\/a> with the help of the same collaborators who act as talent and storytellers on budgetary issues.<\/p>\n

Se trata de una iniciativa del equipo de Comunicaciones de Presupuesto. Es un espacio abierto para las instituciones y sirve de escenario al podcast \u201cHablemos de Presupuesto\u201d La Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto (Digepres) puso en marcha el Estudio de Producci\u00f3n Audiovisual \u201cEl Derecho a Saber\u201d, una iniciativa del Departamento de Comunicaciones, como una forma de seguir contribuyendo a la transparencia y la eficiencia de la actual gesti\u00f3n presupuestaria. El acto de apertura estuvo encabezado por el director general de Presupuesto, Jos\u00e9 Rijo Presbot; Iv\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez, subdirector general de Presupuesto; y Paola Chaljub, encargada del Departamento de Comunicaciones. Rijo dio las palabras centrales del acto y afirm\u00f3 que este es un esfuerzo por continuar proyectando el trabajo de la instituci\u00f3n. \u201cEste es un espacio para fortalecer la transparencia y promover con calidad el trabajo que se realiza en Presupuesto\u201d, recalc\u00f3 Rijo Presbot. El director general de Presupuesto record\u00f3 que el concepto del \u201cDerecho a Saber\u201d naci\u00f3 como una etiqueta habitual en su cuenta de Twitter, como mecanismo para documentar y hacer veedur\u00eda sobre el Presupuesto. \u201cCuando llegamos a Presupuesto, el Derecho a Saber dej\u00f3 de ser de Jos\u00e9 Rijo y ahora es de la instituci\u00f3n. Por eso, Paola ha tomado esta etiqueta y ha convertido el Derecho a Saber en lo institucional, con la obligaci\u00f3n de informar a la poblaci\u00f3n en tiempo oportuno y con datos objetivos, lo que sucede con el Presupuesto General del Estado\u201d. Rijo resalt\u00f3 que el Estudio de Producci\u00f3n \u201cEl Derecho a Saber\u201d se trata de un esfuerzo personal del equipo de Comunicaciones y que, para su puesta en marcha, la instituci\u00f3n no tuvo necesidad de incurrir en ning\u00fan gasto. \u201cTodo lo que hay aqu\u00ed no representa un gasto de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto. Se ha hecho con el esfuerzo del equipo de Comunicaciones, puro esfuerzo personal\u201d, recalc\u00f3. De su lado, Paola Chaljub valor\u00f3 la confianza y el apoyo que recibe el equipo que dirige y que ha sido determinante para implementar los proyectos que lidera Comunicaciones.
