{"id":27788,"date":"2022-05-20T12:57:38","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T16:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.digepres.gob.do\/?p=27788"},"modified":"2025-09-10T13:39:01","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T17:39:01","slug":"digepres-presento-proceso-sistematico-de-gestion-integral-de-riesgo-a-colaboradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digepres.gob.do\/en\/digepres-presento-proceso-sistematico-de-gestion-integral-de-riesgo-a-colaboradores\/","title":{"rendered":"Digepres present\u00f3 proceso sistem\u00e1tico de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo a colaboradores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<em>Se trata de un recurso que permite identificar situaciones externas e internas que puedan afectar la productividad y crecimiento institucional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El Departamento de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto <a href=\"https:\/\/digepres.gob.do\/en\/\">(Digepres)<\/a> present\u00f3 a colaboradores de la instituci\u00f3n el proceso sistem\u00e1tico de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo basado en la referencia internacional ISO 31000-2018.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso busca identificar, analizar y responder a factores de riesgo que puedan atentar con la informaci\u00f3n, objetivos, crecimiento y productividad institucional.<\/p>\n<p>Las palabras de bienvenida al taller estuvieron a cargo de Patricia Castillo, encargada del Departamento de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Presupuesto, quien manifest\u00f3 la importancia de contar con un recurso que asegure el \u00e9xito de la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica institucional.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAsumimos trabajar bajo este enfoque, que no es muy com\u00fan en las instituciones del Estado, pero, es posible, gracias al trabajo conjunto de todos y todas\u201d<\/em>, dijo Castillo.<\/p>\n<p>De su lado, Leisly L\u00f3pez, analista de Calidad en Presupuesto y facilitadora del taller, explic\u00f3 a los colaboradores la necesidad de trabajar en esta direcci\u00f3n y su impacto en la instituci\u00f3n, como \u00f3rgano rector de los procesos del sistema presupuestario.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-27790 size-medium\" title=\"Digepres present\u00f3 proceso sistem\u00e1tico \" src=\"https:\/\/www.digepres.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-05-19-at-3.41.45-PM-3-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"Digepres present\u00f3 proceso sistem\u00e1tico \" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo, en sentido general, busca medidas para identificar, analizar, evaluar y hacer un diagn\u00f3stico de los peligros para contrarrestar situaciones adversas dentro de una instituci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, precis\u00f3 L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, explic\u00f3 de manera detallada, qu\u00e9 se busca con la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema, las etapas de su aplicaci\u00f3n, alcance, y luego pas\u00f3 a la importancia del involucramiento de los colaboradores para garantizar su \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, destac\u00f3 elementos metodol\u00f3gicos para mejorar el ejercicio de identificaci\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n de este.
