\t\t\t\tThe meeting seeks to identify fundamental aspects to generate changes at the programmatic and formulation level within the city council and local governments throughout the country.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ban\u00ed, Peravia. \u2013 The General Budget Directorate<\/a> Representatives from the Ban\u00ed Municipal Council and the City Hall met to begin work on establishing a new programmatic structure within the Mayor's Office. This meeting allowed Budget technicians to identify the actions taken by department representatives and their staff to achieve their objectives and goals within the city government, based on resource allocations.<\/p>\n

The meeting consisted of a data collection exercise that highlighted categories and elements of internal organization related to the products and services offered to the residents.<\/p>\n

The data were collected through individual and group interviews directed at departmental managers, divisions and areas of the Fire Department, Sports, Youth, Childhood, Gender, Municipal Police, Parks and Squares, Urban Planning and Municipal Works.<\/p>\n

The work plan with the mayor's office focused specifically on identifying positive aspects of the city council's work, its impact on people, and weaknesses, which were socialized and agreed upon with the actors and managers of the processes.<\/p>\n

The exchange between technicians from both institutions highlighted topics related to internal collaborators, market operations, general services, park and plaza renovations, social works, links with citizens, cleaning operations, recreational, sports and cultural activities, promotion of gender equality, citizen security, aspects articulating with youth, emergencies and training aimed at young people, women and men of the community.<\/p>\n

The technical team of Budget<\/a> It was made up of Erelys Mart\u00ednez, Alejandrina Rodr\u00edguez, Rosmery Toribio and Joel Mart\u00ednez, from the Local Governments division and Iranna Brito from the Expenditure Evaluation division.<\/p>\n

The meeting allowed for the collection of valuable information that will help establish fundamental guidelines in the future to generate changes within the city council's Programmatic Structure and improve public policy objectives.<\/p>\n

The activity was carried out in the conference room of the mayor's office of the municipality of Ban\u00ed.<\/p>\n

In addition to Ban\u00ed, the team from Local Governments of the Digepres<\/a> It carries out a nationwide work session aimed at changing the programmatic structure of city councils and municipal boards.<\/p>\n

Ban\u00ed, Peravia. – La Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto y el Ayuntamiento Municipal de Ban\u00ed se reunieron para iniciar trabajos que permitan instalar una nueva estructura program\u00e1tica en la Alcald\u00eda. Este encuentro permiti\u00f3 que t\u00e9cnicos de Presupuesto identificaran las acciones que efect\u00faan los representantes de las \u00e1reas y sus dependientes para alcanzar sus objetivos y metas dentro del ayuntamiento a partir de las asignaciones de recursos. La reuni\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 en un levantamiento de informaci\u00f3n que visibiliz\u00f3 categor\u00edas y elementos de organizaci\u00f3n interna, relacionadas a los productos y servicios que ofrecen a los mun\u00edcipes. Los datos fueron recopilados a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas individuales y grupales dirigidas a encargados departamentales, divisiones y \u00e1reas del Cuerpo de Bomberos, Deportes, Juventud, Ni\u00f1ez, G\u00e9nero, Polic\u00eda Municipal, Parques y Plazas, Planeamiento Urbano y Obras Municipales. El plan de trabajo con la alcald\u00eda se enfoc\u00f3 de manera puntual en identificar aspectos positivos del quehacer del ayuntamiento, su impacto en la gente y debilidades, socializados y consensuados con los actores y gestores de los procesos. En el intercambio entre t\u00e9cnicos de ambas instituciones destacaron temas vinculados a colaboradores internos, funcionamiento de mercados, servicios generales, remozamiento de parques y plazas, obras sociales, v\u00ednculos con ciudadanos, operativos de limpieza, actividades recreativas, deportivas y culturales, promoci\u00f3n de la equidad de g\u00e9nero, seguridad ciudadana, aspectos articuladores con la juventud, emergencias y capacitaciones dirigidas a j\u00f3venes, mujeres y hombres de la comunidad. El equipo t\u00e9cnico de Presupuesto estuvo conformado por Erelys Mart\u00ednez, Alejandrina Rodr\u00edguez, Rosmery Toribio y Joel Mart\u00ednez, de la divisi\u00f3n de Gobiernos Locales e Iranna Brito de Evaluaci\u00f3n del Gasto. La reuni\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 recopilar informaci\u00f3n valiosa que a futuro ayudara a establecer lineamientos fundamentales para generar cambios dentro de la Estructura Program\u00e1tica del ayuntamiento y mejorar objetivos de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica. La actividad fue realizada en sal\u00f3n de conferencias de la alcald\u00eda del municipio de Ban\u00ed. \u00a0Jornada de trabajo a nivel nacional Adem\u00e1s de Ban\u00ed, el equipo de Gobiernos Locales de la Digepres lleva a cabo una jornada de trabajo que abarca todo el pa\u00eds y que apunta a cambiar la Estructura Program\u00e1tica de los ayuntamientos y juntas municipales. El proceso de cambio y mejora se inicia con un plan piloto en 23 entidades.
