{"id":20932,"date":"2020-06-23T08:00:02","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T12:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.digepres.gob.do\/?p=20932"},"modified":"2025-09-04T08:29:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T12:29:11","slug":"poder-ejecutivo-promulga-ley-68-20-de-presupuesto-complementario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digepres.gob.do\/en\/poder-ejecutivo-promulga-ley-68-20-de-presupuesto-complementario\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Ejecutivo promulga Ley 68-20 de Presupuesto Complementario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Santo Domingo.-El Poder Ejecutivo promulg\u00f3 este martes la Ley 68-20 del Presupuesto Complementario, que modifica la Ley 506-19, que aprueba el Presupuesto General del Estado para el a\u00f1o 2020, del 20 de diciembre del 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">La modificaci\u00f3n fue solicitada por el presidente Danilo Medina al Congreso Nacional el s\u00e1bado 13, en una comunicaci\u00f3n dirigida al presidente del Senado, Reinaldo Pared P\u00e9rez, debido a la crisis creada por la pandemia del coronavirus COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">La Ley 68-20 establece que se aprueba una nueva estimaci\u00f3n de los ingresos del Gobierno central para el ejercicio presupuestario del a\u00f1o 2020, por un monto de RD$673,107,785,091.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Aprueba al Gobierno central un nuevo total de erogaciones para el presente a\u00f1o, por un monto de RD$1,070,312,255,666, detallado en RD$906,702,870,380 para gastos corrientes y de capital y RD$163,609,385,286 para aplicaciones financieras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Adem\u00e1s la estimaci\u00f3n de los ingresos adicionales especializados no contemplados en\u00a0la Ley de Presupuesto General\u00a0del Estado para el\u00a0a\u00f1o 2020, por un monto de RD$29,220,432,888, a ser recibidos por la Tesorer\u00eda Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">En tanto que autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo a incrementar las apropiaciones presupuestarias de gastos y aplicaciones financieras por un monto de\u00a0RD$44,370,904,828.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;\">Asimismo manda al Poder Ejecutivo, a\u00a0trav\u00e9s\u00a0del Ministerio de Hacienda, a realizar los traspasos de apropiaciones entre fuentes y cap\u00edtulos del Gobierno central, de las Instituciones\u00a0Descentralizadas y Aut\u00f3nomas no Financieras aprobadas en la Ley 506-19 que aprueba el Presupuesto General del Estado para el\u00a0a\u00f1o\u00a02020 por un monto de RD$18,181,520,280.<\/span>\t\t<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tEl Poder Ejecutivo promulg\u00f3 este martes la Ley 68-20 del Presupuesto Complementario, que modifica la Ley 506-19, que aprueba el Presupuesto General del Estado para el a\u00f1o 2020, del 20 de diciembre del 2019.\t\t<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":21871,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[40,41,76,77,78],"class_list":["post-20932","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-institucionales","tag-digepres","tag-direccion-general-de-presupuesto","tag-ley-68-20","tag-poder-ejecutivo","tag-presupuesto-complementario"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
